The position requires a Bachelor’s degree and experience in Recruitment or Customer Service, with the ability to follow scripted processes and work night shifts in a hybrid Ortigas Pasig setup.

Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional candidate/consultant experience across the assignment life cycle.

• Onboard, check-in and offboard consultants using scripted processes.
• Hold weekly calls with the Talent Experience Team to track cases and issues.
• Document best practices and maintain accurate records in the ATS (Connected).
