Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage and support Consultant/Contractor experience during the assignment lifecycle.
• Communicate effectively with consultants regarding their questions.
• Partner with the Talent Experience Team to enhance service.
• Conduct onboarding and monthly check-in calls with consultants.
• Document all communications using the Connected system.
