The candidate will manage operations, budgets, vendor relations, and staff development, ensuring world-class workplace standards. Evening/night shifts and extensive leadership experience required at a 100% onsite location.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• On-site work readiness at SM Sta Rosa with fixed night schedule.
• Certifications in OHS and pollution control are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide the Workplace Experience Team to achieve Facilities goals.
• Resolve day-to-day issues and optimize site operations and safety compliance.
• Oversee budgeting, cost control, procurement, and vendor contracts.
