Job summary

TOA Global is seeking an experienced Operations Manager in the Philippines to lead a 100+ member production team and own the end-to-end employee experience, including compliance, learning, and performance reviews.

You will drive cross-functional collaboration with IT, Admin, and Training, oversee onboarding and offboarding, and provide leadership during crises to ensure business continuity and policy adherence across the organization.

Qualifications

• 2–6 years of experience in operations management and supervisory roles.
• Experience collaborating with IT, Admin Services and Training teams.
• Experience leading 20+ people in a frontline or operations context.

Responsibilities

• Be the main contact for 100+ team members in production.
• Own the overall employee experience from onboarding to performance.
• Drive internal communications and manage MS Teams channels (internal, stakeholders, team).
• Lead onboarding and offboarding to ensure smooth transitions.
• Provide guidance during crisis management for business continuity.
• Ensure policy compliance and showroom standards are consistently maintained.
• Coordinate with support functions as needed.
