Job summary

TigerUX in Metro Manila seeks an experienced Case Investigator to review escalated post-rejection inquiries, verify employer-reported rejections, and identify cases where employment may have occurred despite a report. You will collect and verify documents, and coordinate with clients and employers to ensure accurate evidence.

Role requires 4+ years in high-volume, client-facing environments, fluent English, and strong documentation skills. Night shift with a flexible schedule is expected.

Qualifications

• Requires strong verbal and written English communication.
• Proven ability to handle sensitive/high-stakes conversations professionally.
• Experience in structured documentation and evidence-based decision making.

Responsibilities

• Case Investigation & Assessment: Review escalated post-rejection inquiries and verify alignment with facts.
• Evidence Collection & Verification: Collect and review contracts, offer letters, proof of employment, tax forms and related docs.
