Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years' experience in sales or client-facing roles, ideally in hospitality or high-ticket sales.
• Excellent spoken and written English with a neutral accent (B2–C1 level).
• Proven ability to communicate confidently with high-net-worth individuals, multi-week sales cycles, and CRM usage.

Responsibilities

• Engage with warm inbound leads and guide them through a multi-step consultative sales process.
• Conduct discovery conversations to understand travel preferences, budgets, and expectations.
• Present curated travel options with clear pricing, inclusions, and value propositions.
• Build trust with a mature clientele and manage multi-week follow-ups to conversion.
• Convert inbound leads into bookings within defined timelines and maintain CRM records.
