Emapta Philippines is seeking an Application Support Specialist - MS SQL to diagnose complex issues across software, databases, systems, and networks. The role combines SQL querying with networking skills to support international users and ensure performance stability.

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of hands-on Microsoft SQL Server experience, including SQL queries, scripting, database investigation, and troubleshooting.
At least 2 years of experience in application support, software support, technical support, IT help desk, or a related role.
Practical expertise in IPv4/IPv6 networking, including connectivity diagnostics across firewalls, switches, routers, and wireless access points.

Responsibilities

Review and prioritize support tickets involving software functionality, MS SQL databases, system performance, and technical issues.
Diagnose application and database issues using SQL queries and scripts as required.
Respond to support requests via phone, email, and system alerts; guide users with clear explanations.
