Acquire Intelligence is hiring a Technical Support Representative to resolve software issues and train clients in a fast-paced SaaS environment for healthcare customers. Based in Ortigas, this night-shift, full-time role emphasizes ownership and rapid problem solving to drive product adoption and customer success.

You will respond to calls, chats and cases, develop product knowledge, and empower clients with self-help resources while delivering excellent service and ongoing client education.

Qualifications

• Experience in technology with client service background.
• Proficient in Windows workstation and server environments.
• Strong written and spoken English communications.
• Familiar with one or more database types.
• Able to troubleshoot, test, report, document and train on software.
• Tech-savvy with understanding healthcare tech needs.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound client calls, chats and cases while troubleshooting our software.
• Own cases and aim for first contact resolution.
• Develop understanding of client product knowledge and solutions.
• Support clients in personalizing service to their practice’s needs.
• Troubleshoot software issues and communicate resolution steps clearly.
• Educate clients on using knowledgebase and self-help options.
• Communicate with clients via phone, email and chat.
