Job summary

Career Team is hiring a Staff Accountant in the Philippines to coordinate and analyze financial data for grants and contracts. You will partner with executives and manage invoicing, forecasting, and project budgets with a focus on accuracy and confidentiality.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance and 3+ years’ experience, preferably with US government contracts. It includes night shift hours and a strong total rewards package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3+ years' experience with US government contracts is a plus.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and financial reporting ability.

Responsibilities

• Invoicing, project budgeting, and financial forecasting.
• Prepare month-end closings and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Analyze contract finances and support audits.
