Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business admin, or related field.
• 3–5 years HR administration or government benefits experience.
• Strong knowledge of PH government benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).
• Hands-on in processing government benefits and statutory transactions.
• Experience coordinating with government agencies.
• Strong labor compliance reporting knowledge.
• Excellent attention to detail and audit-ready records.
• Organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficient in MS Office and HR portals.

Responsibilities

• Administer PH government benefits transactions and ensure timely processing.
• Process SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG registrations and updates.
• Coordinate and process government benefit claims and loans.
• Maintain accurate government benefits records and documentation.
• Liaise with SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, DOLE and other agencies.
• Prepare DOLE reports and statutory submissions.
• Support OSH documentation and regulatory compliance.
• Ensure timely regulatory filings and keep trackers updated.
• Provide guidance on government benefits to employees.
• Cross-train HR Coordinators on government benefit processes.
