Job summary

MicroSourcing in the Philippines is seeking a Social Media Manager to lead day-to-day content across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest, and X. You will build a seasonal calendar, create original photo and video content, and write on-brand captions while driving engagement.

Collaborating with merchandising teams, you will spot products to feature, track trends in home décor and lifestyle, manage paid and organic campaigns, and support multiple brands with creative storytelling.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in social media management
• Photo and video content creation/editing
• Experience with short-form video (Reels/TikTok)
• Strong copywriting and brand voice
• Knowledge of analytics/reporting tools

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day social media content and publishing across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest, and X
• Develop and maintain a content calendar for campaigns and launches
• Create original photo and video content including product features and lifestyle shoots
• Write engaging captions and manage community engagement
• Collaborate with catalog/merchandising to feature products and campaigns
• Monitor trends in home décor and lifestyle and adapt content
• Manage paid and organic social campaigns and performance reporting
