Qualifications

• Experience in social media management or digital marketing is an advantage.
• Knowledge of social media advertising and boosting posts, especially via Meta Ads Manager.
• Ability to analyze data and interpret performance metrics.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and current with trends.
• Proficiency in creating and editing captions and promotional content.
• Familiar with Facebook, TikTok, Instagram and other platforms.
• Experience with Excel or Google Sheets for reporting.

Responsibilities

• Create, edit, and optimize social media post content, captions, and promotional materials
• Manage and publish content across social media platforms such as Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram
• Set up, manage, and monitor boosted posts and paid advertising campaigns to increase reach, engagement, and conversions
• Analyze social media performance data, including reach, impressions, engagement, clicks, and audience growth
• Prepare performance reports and recommend strategies to improve content effectiveness and advertising results
• Monitor audience engagement, comments, messages, and overall account performance
• Coordinate with Marketing, E-commerce, and Content Creation teams to ensure consistent branding and promotional campaigns
