• Minimum 2.5 years in social media support across major platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn) with understanding of algorithms and audience demographics.
• Minimum 1 year in a strategic social media manager or content coordinator role with content calendars and audience growth.
• Strong video/photo editing skills using CapCut or Adobe Creative Suite; maintain visual consistency across platforms.
• Experience in bakery/event planning/hospitality sectors preferred for social media marketing impact.
• Ability to maintain cohesive brand aesthetic for women aged 20–60 (brides, families, corporate buyers).
• Strong written communication with hashtag/SEO knowledge and trending topics research.

Responsabilidades

• Create social media posts from client images and develop content calendars for seasonal celebrations and product launches across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn for ages 20–60.
• Edit and publish short-form video content (reels/stories) using CapCut with music, transitions and graphics for all platforms.
• Craft captions reflecting elevated, boutique aesthetics with platform-specific CTAs and trending hashtags.
• Research and apply trending hashtags for celebration, bakery, and event planning sectors; schedule posts to maximize reach.
• Monitor direct messages, engage with inquiries, and support product sales and event bookings.
• Update Square website content and assist with e-commerce to enable year-round online ordering and corporate gifts.
