MicroSourcing in the Philippines is seeking a Social Media Manager to own daily content across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest and X. You will build calendars, craft original photo/video content, write captions, and drive engagement while coordinating with merchandising teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of social media management experience in retail or e-commerce.
• Strong photo/video content creation and editing skills.
• Experience with Reels and TikTok; excellent copywriting.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day social media content and publishing across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest, and X.
• Develop and maintain a content calendar for campaigns, launches, and evergreen content.
• Create original photo and video content including product features and unboxings.
• Write engaging captions and manage community engagement across platforms.
• Collaborate with catalog/merchandising teams to feature products and campaigns.
• Monitor trends in home décor and lifestyle; adapt content accordingly.
• Manage paid and organic social campaigns and report on performance.
• Support content creation across multiple product categories and sister brands.
