Job summary

CF Solutions Philippines Inc. is seeking a hands-on Social Media Content Specialist to develop and execute content strategies across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn in Manila.

You will create engaging text, image, and video content, manage posting calendars, monitor trends, and collaborate with marketing and design teams to ensure brand alignment. The role requires onsite work at Eastwood, Quezon City and at least 1 year of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia Arts, or a related field.
• Onsite work in Eastwood, Quezon City with no WFH option.
• At least 1 year of experience in social media management, content creation, and video editing.
• Strong copywriting, storytelling, and content planning skills.
• Proficient in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, CapCut or similar tools.
• Knowledge of social media analytics and best practices.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, plan, and execute content strategies for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn)
• Create and edit engaging text, image, and video content tailored to each platform
• Manage content calendars to ensure consistent and timely posting
• Monitor social media trends, insights, and best practices to optimize content performance
• Engage with the audience by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries
