Job summary

AGSI is seeking a Software Engineer Level III-ServiceNow Developer for night shift. You will design, develop, and test ServiceNow catalog items, custom apps, automation, and integration solutions, collaborating with analysts and SMEs to analyze requirements and deliver production-ready features.

The role involves supporting Now Assist AI, integration tasks, and AI-enabled workflows across modules, with strong emphasis on testing, documentation, and ITIL-aligned practices.

Qualifications

BS in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Information Management, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

Design, architecture, maintenance, and enhancement of Catalog items.
Configure, customize, and support Now Assist AI capabilities across ServiceNow modules.
Create and maintain ServiceNow architecture documentation including AI-enabled workflows.
Translate requirements for non-technical stakeholders and configure requirements on the ServiceNow platform.
Create test plans, coordinate testing, and document defects with regression testing.
Support ServiceNow upgrades planning and execution.
Participate in agile work intake and delivery processes.
