iSupport Worldwide in the Philippines is seeking a skilled retirement plan administrator to process participant loans and distributions, ensuring IRS and ERISA compliance. You will coordinate with multiple providers, verify balances, and prepare accurate schedules while maintaining clear documentation for audits.

The role requires strong numerical accuracy, attention to detail, and excellent English communication with US-based clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in US retirement plan administration (401(k), 403(b) or similar).
• Knowledge of IRS and ERISA rules governing plan loans and distributions.
• Experience with multiple recordkeepers or custodians and provider procedures.
• Strong numerical accuracy and ability to perform loan, vesting, and tax withholding calculations.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage a high-volume workload.

Responsibilities

• Process loan requests, distributions, and ensure compliance with plan documents and IRS/ERISA rules.
• Calculate eligible loan amounts, vesting, and withholdings; prepare schedules and verify balances.
• Coordinate with multiple providers and custodians to resolve processing issues.
• Manage tasks in PensionPro and FT Williams for plan documentation and administration.
• Maintain notes and status updates for audit readiness and internal reviews.
