Job summary

iSupport Worldwide in Manila, Philippines, is seeking an experienced US retirement plan administrator to handle participant loans and distributions. You will ensure compliance with IRS and ERISA guidelines, coordinate with multiple providers, and maintain meticulous documentation for audits.

The role requires strong numerical accuracy, Excel proficiency, and the ability to manage a high-volume workload while communicating effectively with US-based clients and providers.

Qualifications

• Three+ years of US retirement plan administration experience including loans and distributions.
• Solid knowledge of IRS and ERISA rules governing plan loans and distributions.
• Experience with multiple recordkeeper or custodian platforms.
• Ability to perform loan, vesting, and tax withholding calculations accurately.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to manage high-volume workload and meet SLAs.
• Proficient English communication for US-based clients and providers.

Responsibilities

• Process participant loan requests per plan documents and IRS/ERISA requirements; calculate eligible loan amounts and repayment schedules.
• Process participant distribution requests including termination, hardship, rollover, and RMDs; verify vesting and withholding.
• Review requests for completeness, accuracy, and compliance before submission.
• Manage tasks in PensionPro and review plan data in FT Williams for documentation and administration.
• Coordinate with providers (John Hancock, Empower, Voya, ADP, Transamerica, American Funds, Principal) to resolve issues.
• Maintain thorough notes and status updates for audit readiness.
• Respond to inquiries from MyBenefits US team, plan sponsors, and participants with clear status updates.
• Collaborate with MyBenefits US and colleagues to improve procedures and reduce turnaround times.
