Job summary

Empower LLC is seeking a Retirement Service and Support Specialist in Manila. You will assist sales reps, plan participants, and advisors via calls and emails, handling asset movement, rollovers, and account activities with accuracy.

Role requires 2+ years in defined contribution admin, FINRA licenses, and strong English communication. Overnight hours may be required; MS Office and Windows proficiency are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• At least 2 years in defined contribution recordkeeping or retirement plan administration.
• FINRA Series 6 and Series 63 registrations within corporate timelines.
• FINRA fingerprinting required.
• Working knowledge of IRAs, retirement plans and related services.
• Proficient with Microsoft Windows and MS Office tools.
• Strong written, verbal and presentation skills.
• Fluent in English and able to work overnight.

Responsibilities

• Support sales and retirement teams with asset movement and rollover tasks.
• Review rollover requests for plan and IRC compliance.
• Probe needs to deepen relationships and guide handoffs.
• Respond to retirement participants and advisor inquiries by phone and email.
• Provide accurate retirement product and account information.
• Process trade requests and coordinate with back-office teams.
• Deliver personalized service with active listening and empathy.
• Educate customers on plan distribution options and tax implications.
• Offer solutions during high-volume service interactions.
