Job summary

MicroSourcing seeks a Reports Administrator for a night shift onsite role in Quezon City. You will place and track appraisal orders, coordinate with AMCs, and keep customers updated through Account Managers and Home Office.

The position requires attention to detail, strong Excel/Sheets skills, and experience in banking or administrative support. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to close applications and may handle additional tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Sheets, using formulas for efficiency.
• Interest in joining an early-stage tech company in real estate/fintech.
• 2+ years in Banking, Consumer Lending, Operations, or Administrative Support preferred.
• Experience in the real estate/mortgage industry is a plus.
• Knowledge of credit underwriting standards and income/asset evaluation is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Place and manage appraisal orders and follow up on their statuses.
• Communicate updates to customers (Account Managers and Home Office).
• Coordinate with Appraisal Management Companies (AMCs) and relay messages.
• Maintain transparency in the Undelivered Appraisal queue with status updates.
• Manage communications with title companies regarding title order reports.
• Escalate title order issues as necessary.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to close applications.
• Perform additional tasks as needed.
