Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Reports Administrator to place and track appraisal orders, provide timely updates to customers, and coordinate with Appraisal Management Companies. This onsite night-shift role requires strong attention to detail and effective cross-team collaboration.

Applicants with 2+ years in banking or administrative support, plus knowledge of real estate/mortgage processes, will excel. Proficiency in MS Office/Google Sheets is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Banking, Consumer Lending, Operations, or Administrative Support.
• Experience in the real estate/mortgage industry is a plus.
• Knowledge of credit underwriting standards and income/asset evaluation is beneficial.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Place and manage appraisal orders and follow up on their statuses.
• Communicate updates to customers (Account Managers and Home Office).
• Coordinate with Appraisal Management Companies (AMCs) and relay messages.
• Maintain transparency in the Undelivered Appraisal queue with status updates.
• Manage communications with title companies regarding title order reports.
• Escalate title order issues as necessary.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to close applications.
• Perform additional tasks as needed.
