MicroSourcing is hiring a Senior Reporting Engineer for onsite work in Eastwood, Quezon City. The role operates on night shift aligned to EST business hours, focusing on building and optimizing reporting infrastructure, data pipelines, and analytics solutions.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years in data analytics, strong SQL and Python skills, API experience, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights for cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in data analysis or related roles.
• Strong SQL skills and hands-on Python experience.
• Experience with APIs and multi-source data integration.
• Experience building dashboards, reporting infrastructure, or data pipelines.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear insights for stakeholders.
• Willingness to work full-time during EST business hours.

Responsibilities

• Conduct benchmarking studies and generate actionable insights.
• Develop customer-specific analyses on performance trends and account health.
• Build and maintain reporting infrastructure, data pipelines, and dashboards.
• Create capacity models for workload forecasting and planning.
• Integrate internal and external data via APIs into unified datasets.
• Write SQL and Python for data cleaning, transformation, and analysis.
• Apply AI tools to support research and process improvement.
• Partner with services teams to turn ad hoc requests into repeatable analyses.
• Identify data quality issues and document sources and methodologies.
• Present findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Seek opportunities to automate recurring reporting processes.
