Job summary

Alter Domus is seeking a Client Onboarding Officer (Night Shift) in Taguig to coordinate onboarding across onshore/offshore teams. You will manage client setup, data migration, and offboarding while ensuring adherence to timelines and governance standards.

You will work with Legal, Compliance, and Operations to track dependencies, escalate risks, and support closing and go-live activities. A strong focus on accuracy and client service is essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ years’ work experience in client onboarding, loan operations, or financial services or an equivalent role.
• Exposure to agency lending, loan administration, or capital markets preferred.
• Working knowledge of KYC/AML and onboarding documentation.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end onboarding activities across private equity, real estate and private credit segments.
• Coordinate with internal teams and clients to meet onboarding timelines and deliverables.
• Track data migration, client setup, activation, and offboarding activities.
• Ensure documentation and compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
