Job summary

Allegis Global Solutions (AGS) in Manila is seeking an Opco Coordinator to join a fast-paced team. You will manage and coordinate staffing processes and provide first-level support to internal managers and leaders for operating companies.

Responsibilities include tracking placement and invoices, supporting account managers and recruiters with VMS documentation, maintaining client communications, and monitoring SLAs.

Qualifications

• 0-2 or more years of staffing and/or MSP experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent documentation and follow-up skills.
• Strong determination to impact performance.
• Time management and high attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• MS Office skills; able to use common tools.
• Must be amenable to night shift and hybrid work (Ortigas Pasig).

Responsibilities

• Assist Allegis Operating company with placement and invoice tracking via email.
• Support Account Managers and Recruiters with VMS documentation through the full cycle.
• Document client responses and track resolutions to completion.
• Maintain and update spreadsheets reflecting changes.
• Provide status updates to leadership via email.
• Monitor contract SLAs, invoicing, and compliance.
• Investigate inquiries and provide timely resolutions.
