Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment boards.

Responsibilities

Provide recruiting support by phone screening candidates against basic qualifications.
Review resumes and build a pipeline for North America Hourly Recruiters.
Coordinate interviews and liaise with recruiters to adjust priorities.
Format and post requisitions in SAP; ensure accuracy and guidelines.
Support Hiring Events and actively call candidates for interview slots.
