Job summary

MicroSourcing seeks an ESL Coordinator to join our onsite team in Eastwood, Quezon City. Night shift, on-site work arrangement, with responsibilities spanning customer service and business administration.

The right candidate will handle inquiries, provide product/service information, and maintain records while coordinating schedules and documents for internal teams. Open to undergraduates and senior high school graduates.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in customer service.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Preferred: knowledge of Zoom and basic computer literacy.
• Ability to report onsite as needed.
• Capability to make sound decisions in urgent situations.
• Open to college undergraduates and senior high school students.
• Reliable, highly responsive, confident, proactive.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, SMS, and phone.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
• Address and resolve inquiries and complaints or escalate as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality service.
• Manage schedules, calendars, and appointments for internal teams or management.
• Organize and maintain reports, records, and essential documents.
• Support team coordination by managing administrative logistics and tasks.
• Assist with basic project management, event planning, and other business needs.
