Job summary

MicroSourcing International in Manila is seeking a Customer Service Representative for onsite night shifts at Eastwood, Quezon City. You will deliver friendly customer support, manage Zoom sessions with participants, and ensure attendance tracking is handled promptly.

Qualifications

• 0–1.5 years customer service experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English.
• Zoom knowledge and basic computer literacy preferred.
• Ability to report onsite as needed.
• Open to undergraduates and senior high school students.
• Reliable, highly responsive and confident.
• Proactive and able to respond promptly.
• Strong organisational and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work in a team and support Coaches.

Responsibilities

• Assist Coaches in facilitating smooth Zoom sessions with children.
• Record attendance and track points earned by children during sessions.
• Take detailed notes on significant events and discussions during sessions.
• Share session assets, including slides, games, music, and other activities, with children.
• Roster creation, record skip sessions, rescheduling and other tasks delegated by the client.
• Observe behaviour of Coaches and children and report red flags.
• Log verbal or chat-related concerns or incidents during sessions.
