Responsibilities

• Act as liaison to hourly production recruiters in North America and provide recruiting support.
• Phone screen candidates, review qualifications, schedule interviews.
• Disposition resumes meeting or not meeting basic requirements.
• Maintain candidate records in SuccessFactors/Eightfold and post requisitions.
• Assist applicants with ATS access and offers.
• Collaborate with recruiters to source candidates via external resources.
