Job summary

Eaton is seeking an HR administrator to provide back-office HR support at the First Philippine Industrial Park in Tanauan, Batangas. The role focuses on HR systems data entry, records management, and the delivery of HR shared services.

You will collaborate with HR teams and managers to ensure data accuracy, process improvements, and timely reporting while maintaining confidentiality and compliance. A Bachelor's degree and strong Excel skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (accredited institution).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, with the ability to perform basic data entry, reporting, and spreadsheet functions.
• Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in handling data and administrative tasks.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain organized records in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work on a night shift and/or rotating schedule.
• Willing to be based in Tanauan, Batangas (First Philippine Industrial Park).

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day HR administrative and operational support to employees, managers, and HR stakeholders.
• Perform HRMS data entry and transaction processing, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely updates.
• Validate and maintain employee data within the HRMS to ensure data integrity and compliance with company standards.
• Manage employee records and personnel files while maintaining confidentiality and data security.
• Generate, retrieve, and support reporting of HR data and documentation as required by the business.
• Support managers and employees with HR system-related inquiries and transactions.
• Contribute to the development, documentation, and standardization of HR processes and procedures.
• Identify and participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance HR operational efficiency and service delivery.
• Coordinate and support employee engagement programs and workplace culture initiatives.
