Job summary

Eaton Industries - Philippines is seeking an HR administrative support specialist to ensure efficient HR systems and employee records management. You will work closely with HR teams and managers to deliver quality HR support while contributing to process improvements within HR Shared Services.

Role requires experience with data entry and Excel, willingness to work a night shift or rotating schedule, and to be based in Tanauan, Batangas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MS Office with basic data entry, reporting, and spreadsheet functions.
• Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in handling data and administrative tasks.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain organized records in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work night shift and/or rotating schedule.
• Willing to be based in Tanauan, Batangas (First Philippine Industrial Park).

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day HR administrative and operational support to employees, managers, and HR stakeholders.
• Perform HRMS data entry and transaction processing with accuracy and timeliness.
• Validate and maintain employee data in the HRMS for data integrity and compliance.
• Manage employee records and personnel files with confidentiality.
• Generate and support HR reporting and documentation as required.
• Assist with HR system inquiries and transactions.
• Contribute to standardizing HR processes and procedures.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in HR Shared Services.
• Coordinate employee engagement programs and workplace culture initiatives.
