SuperStaff in the Philippines is seeking a Patient Authorization Coordinator for onsite roles at SM Clark or Makati. The position handles re-authorization activities with clinical teams, ensuring HIPAA compliance and accurate data entry in Brightree/QS1 systems, while coordinating with physicians and insurers.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, basic office experience, and the ability to multi-task under pressure.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Knowledge of basic office operations and ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Enter re-authorization dates and tasks in QS1 and/or Brightree.
• Submit re-authorization requests to insurance companies; follow up timely.
• Request clinical data from physicians as needed for re-authorization.
• Document all pertinent information in case management forms and in Brightree/QS1.
• Create tasks in Brightree for future authorizations.
• Adhere to formulary guidelines and follow established protocols.
• Request interim supplies as necessary.
• Perform other related duties as required.
