Qualifications

• At least 6 months BPO experience in a US Healthcare Campaign.
• Knowledge of Pre-Authorization processes.
• Strong verbal and written English skills.

Responsibilities

• Process Initial or Pre-Authorization via Phone or Email.
• Respond to provider requests.
• Communicate to insurance providers for authorization determination.
• Process verification of members benefits.
• Review Members clinical records.
• Manage healthcare cases.
