Responsibilities

• Patient Intake & Registration: coordinate end-to-end registration, gather demographics and consent forms.
• Complex Scheduling: manage high-volume appointments across clinical departments with provider-specific protocols.
• Insurance Verification: perform real-time eligibility checks, obtain prior authorizations, communicate costs.
• Financial Counseling: help patients understand financial responsibility and POS collections.
• Data Integrity: maintain EHR accuracy, merge duplicates, update insurance coverage.
• Patient Advocacy: provide directions, prep instructions, and resolve scheduling conflicts empathetically.
