Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year 6 months of healthcare scheduling experience in a BPO setting.

Responsibilities

• Managing patient appointment scheduling through phone calls, emails, and online systems.
• Confirming, rescheduling, and cancelling patient appointments as requested.
• Providing patients with detailed information regarding appointment times, location, required documentation, and healthcare services.
• Documenting patient information accurately in scheduling systems and maintaining detailed records.
• Addressing patient inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
• Coordinating with healthcare facilities to ensure optimal appointment allocation and resource management.
• Following up with patients to reduce no-shows and cancellations.
• Handling escalations and resolving scheduling conflicts in a timely manner.
• Maintaining confidentiality and compliance with healthcare privacy regulations and company policies.
