This hybrid night-shift role supports internal teams via Teams and uses NetSuite ERP and Microsoft tools.

You will interact with management, coordinate with Regional Sales / Operations, and uphold Return Policy and service standards.

Qualifications

• Performs accurate data entry and records management.
• Communicates with customers via email and manages orders/cases end-to-end.
• Collaborates with internal teams using Teams and Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Enter accurate data including contact info and orders.
• Communicate with customers by email to determine request type and resolve issues.
• Follow through customer issues until fully resolved across orders and inquiries.
• Collaborate with internal teams via Teams and cloud tools.
• Coordinate with Accounting/Operations to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Refer leads to Regional Sales Manager and support regional teams.
