Job summary

Accenture PLC in Quezon City is hiring an Order to Cash Ops Analyst to execute OTC processes with emphasis on accuracy and efficiency. You will handle billing, posting payments, and collections while supporting month-end close and AR subledger.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of experience in OTC sub-processes.
• Experience with order management, invoicing and collections.
• Willing to work night shifts and follow the listed schedule.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Order to Cash processes including order management, invoicing and cash application.
• Ensure timely and accurate billing and invoicing of customer orders.
• Post customer payments accurately and promptly by checks, EFT/wire transfers, and bank adjustments.
• Monitor customer accounts to ensure timely collections and resolve outstanding balances.
• Review and resolve customer deductions and disputes.
• Conduct new customer credit reviews and periodic credit assessments to set credit limits.
• Handle order holds/releases and review payment term changes.
• Perform daily oversold reviews and reporting to manage credit risk.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve order and payment issues.
• Provide regular updates on Order to Cash processes and customer portfolios.
• Support month-end close activities and manage AR subledger.
• Ensure compliance with Accenture SOPs and policies, including quality standards.
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve Order to Cash processes and service delivery.
