• Lead Lean manufacturing deliverables per KPI scorecard.
• Coach and motivate night shift team; provide leadership.
• Ensure product quality and conformance to standards.
• Identify process improvements; implement Six Sigma strategies.
• Establish and monitor KPIs; use data to drive productivity.
• Address production issues with cross‑functional teams; apply 8D, FMEA, DOCAmp; support DMAIC.
• Maintain safety, documentation, and records; monitor performance.
