Job summary

Cohu, Inc. in the Philippines is seeking a Night Shift Production Supervisor to oversee manufacturing activities and ensure on-time order fulfillment while meeting quality and cost targets.

You will work with cross-functional teams to maintain smooth production flow, supervise night shift personnel, and drive continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, and SPC/DOE tools. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum five years in a similar high-precision manufacturing role.
• Six years in manufacturing with leadership experience.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 and quality procedures.

Responsibilities

• Support and coordinate night shift operations to meet on-time orders.
• Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment and resources for productivity.
• Monitor KPIs: output, productivity, scrap, downtime, quality, safety.
• Lead, coach, and develop production personnel.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and derive corrective actions.
• Facilitate shift handovers and cross-functional collaboration.
• Address issues with maintenance to ensure equipment reliability.
