Job summary

Advanced Energy is seeking a seasoned Production Manager to lead and optimize manufacturing operations for night shifts at Sta. Rosa, Laguna or Rosario, Cavite.

You will ensure targets are met safely, efficiently, with top quality, and provide strong leadership to your shift team. Reporting to the Director of Operations, the role requires 5+ years of manufacturing leadership, expertise in lean methods, and collaboration across engineering, quality and maintenance to drive improvements and cost

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Shift Production Manager or in a similar manufacturing leadership role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Management, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of production operations, process optimization, and lean manufacturing.
• Proficient in production management systems, data analysis, and performance monitoring.
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Willing to work night shift in Sta. Rosa, Laguna or Rosario, Cavite and ensure safety and quality compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day production activities and workflows during the assigned shift.
• Ensure production targets are met with high quality and safety.
• Identify and resolve production issues with corrective and preventive actions.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, maintenance and other departments to optimize processes.
• Monitor production data to identify efficiency improvements and cost reductions.
• Apply lean manufacturing principles to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols, environmental regulations, and company policies.
