Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• At least six years in manufacturing with mechanical assemblies.
• Three years in a supervisory or lead role, preferably in manufacturing engineering.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute daily/weekly manpower to meet shipment targets.
• Oversee night shift assembly operations and train new assemblers.
• Conduct performance appraisals and report to Night Shift Manager.
• Enforce 5S and safety standards, and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Planner and other departments to meet plan.
