Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent with 5+ years in high-precision manufacturing.
• Ten years in manufacturing or quality environments, with at least 5 years in management.
• Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of ISO 9001 is required.
• Knowledge of SPC, DOE, and data analytics.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee night shift production, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Lead cross-functional teams to meet throughput and quality targets.
• Implement Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma to improve productivity.
