Job summary

Advanced Energy Industries, Inc. is seeking a Production Manager to lead and optimize manufacturing operations for the assigned shift, ensuring targets are met safely, efficiently, and with high product quality.

You will report to the Director, Operations and collaborate across engineering, quality, and maintenance to enhance processes. The role requires a strong background in production leadership, lean principles, data analysis, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Management, or a related technical field.
• At least 5 years of experience as a Shift Production Manager or similar leadership role.
• Strong technical expertise in production operations, process optimization, and manufacturing workflows.
• Proficient in production management systems, data analysis tools, and performance monitoring techniques.
• Willing to work on a night-shift schedule in Sta. Rosa, Laguna or Rosario, Cavite.
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
• Always ensures full compliance with safety protocols and quality requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate day‑to‑day production activities and workflows during the assigned shift.
• Ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining strict quality standards.
• Identify and resolve production issues promptly, implementing corrective and preventive actions as needed.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, quality, maintenance, and other departments to optimize production processes.
• Monitor and analyze production data to identify opportunities for efficiency improvements and cost reduction.
• Apply lean manufacturing principles and best practices to enhance productivity and operational efficiency.
• Ensure full compliance with safety protocols, environmental regulations, and company policies.
