Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• At least six years in manufacturing with mechanical assemblies and three years in a supervisory role.
• Manufacturing engineering experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plans and executes daily and weekly manpower allocation to meet shipment targets.
• Leads studies to upgrade efficiency and reduce defects in manufacturing.
• Generates and presents KPIs to support departmental targets.
• Monitors night-shift activities and coordinates with other departments for solutions.
• Trains assemblers from onboarding through the training period.
• Conduces performance reviews and provides feedback to assemblers.
• Ensures safety standards and proper PPE usage in production area.
