iOPEX is hiring a Network Engineer for its NOC-focused team in Taguig. The role centers on after-hours escalation, incident handling, and detailed triage across EV charging networks and IoT data.

Responsibilities include serving as the primary escalation contact during non-US hours, reviewing logs and traces, and providing structured feedback to Engineering and QA. The position requires night shifts, rotating schedules, and strong English communication.

Qualificações

• At least 1 year of NOC or Network Engineer experience.
• Good to excellent English communications skills.
• Must be willing to work predominantly night shifts and rotating schedules in BGC, Taguig.

Responsabilidades

• Handle after-hours escalation and incident handling.
• Act as the primary escalation contact for NOC/SOC incidents during non-US business hours.
• Perform deep triage of complex EV charging issues to determine root cause: backend vs charger vs site vs network.
• Review OCPP message flows, charger logs, IoT telemetry and connectivity data for patterns and risks.
• Enforce proper triaging and improve escalation criteria and runbooks.
