Job summary

Avid is hiring a Customer Care Specialist in Manila to join the LRE team, handling licensing, registration, and entitlement issues for customers worldwide. This night-shift role (US timezone) combines in-office collaboration in Taguig with three days of remote work, supporting a broad product line and ensuring consistent support standards.

You will own cases from start to finish, communicate proactively with customers, and collaborate with Webstore and Technical Support to resolve issues

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of proven experience as a Customer Support agent.
• Comfort with technology and strong computer skills.
• Fluency in English (written and verbal).
• Experience with helpdesk software and remote support tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide support on activation, registration, licensing administration for end users and admins.
• Document customer cases thoroughly in the case management system.
• Triaged customer calls, create cases and route to appropriate queues.
• Troubleshoot licensing and activation issues; perform remote troubleshooting when needed.
• Escalate cases when required and keep customers informed throughout.
