Job summary

Insight Public Sector is seeking a Licensing Operations Specialist to join our team in Pasig, Philippines, on a hybrid schedule. You will support day-to-day Microsoft licensing operations, including onboarding enrollments, enrollment renewals, and quote requests, working closely with Software Advisors and Licensing Consultants.

The role requires a bachelor's degree, experience with customer contracts and MS licensing, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from a four-year college or university.
• Experience in supporting customer contracts and Microsoft Licensing, preferred.
• Amenable to work on a NIGHT SHIFT schedule.
• Must work at Insight Office once Covid restrictions are lifted.
• Customer service or support background is also desired.
• Strong written and verbal English communications skills.
• Able to thrive in an environment with rapidly changing requirements and focus on meeting operational objectives.

Responsibilities

• Support quoting requests on Insight systems (training provided).
• Respond to minor questions related to operational practices of Microsoft products.
• Process MILO Notifications, MLS requests, POSS Tickets and other portal requests.
• Provide quotes support for net new opportunities, subscriptions modifications, and renewals.
• Route email traffic to the appropriate team member based on content.
• Process orders and ensure proper documentation is in place prior to doing so.
• Communicate with SLC’s and SA’s or Sales team on current opportunities/activities.
• Maintain document organization and support inside SharePoint/Teams.
