Job summary

HRTX in Pasay is seeking a Customer Support Representative to be the main contact for customers, delivering outstanding service through voice, chat, or email. This onsite role requires night shifts and a commitment to resolving issues and ensuring satisfaction.

You will handle inquiries about products, billing, orders, and accounts, collaborate with teams, and maintain high English communication standards while multitasking across multiple systems.

Qualifications

• Must be a Senior High School or College graduate.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in international voice support within a BPO setting.
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong multitasking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Comfortable using computers and navigating multiple systems simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and/or outbound communications through phone, chat, email, and other platforms.
• Provide accurate and timely information regarding products, services, billing, orders, and account details.
• Address customer concerns, process returns or refunds, and follow through until full resolution is achieved.
