Job summary

Select VoiceCom is looking for a Team Leader (Lead Generation & Appointment Setting) to start ASAP. The role involves guiding a team in a Cebu-based call center, providing coaching, performance reviews, and real-time support.

Night shift operations are expected, with on-site work at the Cebu IT Park office. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in BPO supervisory roles and 1+ year in lead generation or sales leadership, with strong communication, data-driven decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years total BPO Supervisory/Team Lead experience.
• At least 1 year of Lead Generation, Appointment Setting, or Sales as supervisor or agent.
• Thorough knowledge of call center operations.
• Ability to follow procedures and workflows.
• Strong coaching and management skills.
• Data-driven and able to handle performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Provide real-time support to assigned agents to maximize performance.
• Coach and give performance feedback regularly to each team member.
• Write and administer performance reviews for skill improvement.
• Be available for coaching on work or personal issues.
• Maintain high-quality work environment with feedback.
• Prepare scorecards and communicate warnings per policy.
• Assist in daily call center operations including staffing and scheduling.
