Select VoiceCom in Cebu IT Park is seeking a Lead Generation & Appointment Setting Team Leader with proven LinkedIn Recruiter Prospecting and InMail experience to start ASAP. You will guide a team of agents, coach on performance, and drive campaign quality.

This role requires 2+ years supervising BPO teams, strong English, and data-driven coaching. You will manage KPIs, create scorecards, and implement process improvements while ensuring alignment with client expectations from the US and

Qualifications

• 2+ years supervising agents in a BPO environment, preferably lead gen or recruitment.
• Hands-on LinkedIn Prospecting or Recruiting experience.
• Ability to monitor KPIs, identify gaps, coach, and take corrective action.
• Strong Excel/Sheets skills to analyze performance trends.
• Experience in QA of agent communications and feedback.
• Excellent written and verbal English with US-based clients.
• Solid knowledge of call center operations and workflows.
• Ability to follow procedures and manage time effectively.
• Data-driven with strong presentation and organizational skills.
• Ability to stay resilient under pressure and adapt to changes.

Responsibilities

• Provide real-time support to assigned agents to maximize performance.
• Deliver regular coaching, performance reviews, and action plans.
• Develop scorecards and communicate warnings per company policy.
• Assist daily operations with staffing, training, and scheduling.
• Lead process improvements and ensure campaign standards are met.
• Establish procedures that align with departmental directives.
