Qualifications

• 2+ years in BPO supervisory/team lead roles.
• At least 1 year of Lead Generation, Appointment Setting, or Sales experience as a supervisor or agent.
• Thorough knowledge of call center operations.
• Ability to follow procedures and workflows.
• Strong coaching and management skills.
• Data-driven approach to performance.
• Stability and ability to handle stress.
• Understanding of subscription business.
• Excellent presentation, organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to take instructions and ensure follow-up.
• Tech savvy with MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Provide real-time support to assigned agents to maximize performance.
• Provide coaching and performance feedback on a regular basis to each team member.
• Write and administer performance reviews for skill improvement.
• Be available for employees with work or personal problems, providing coaching and resolution.
• Create and maintain a high-quality work environment through feedback.
• Prepare scorecards and communicate warnings per company policy and campaign standards.
• Assist managers with daily operation of the call center, including staffing, training, scheduling, and recognition programs.
• Establish procedures and processes that support standards and directives.
